RESIDENCE K.

For this residence in Beek en Donk, the upper floor features a well-considered combination of solar shading products. Lenco® implemented the latest patented Capital® BB+ louver system here, in combination with blackout Verano® zip screens®. The slanted aluminium louvers perfectly follow the contours of the pointed gable. Thanks to the BB+ system, the louvers fit tightly, gaps are sealed, and maximum blackout is achieved on the floor. In combination with the blackout zip screens, light incidence is optimally controlled – both during the day and in the evening. The zip screens are not only effective against sunlight, but also contribute to a stable indoor climate and more privacy. Together, these solutions ensure a comfortable living floor with peace, regularity, and a sleek facade as a result.
