villa B.

For this villa, Lenco® created a combination of fixed and movable aluminium louvers from the Capital® collection, complemented by three Verano® V550 -ritzscreens® powered by solar energy. A notable feature of this project is the application of the patented Capital® BB+ system. These movable louvers are designed in an oblique line, following the shape of the gable. This creates solar shading that not only functions effectively but also seamlessly integrates with the design of the house. Thanks to the minimal number of mullions in the window areas, the view to the outside is maintained, and the facade remains visually strong. The Cubic 200 profiles enhance this interplay of lines with robust accents, while the movable parts provide flexibility in light regulation and comfort. The Verano® zip screens with Somfy solar motor block heat, prevent overheating, and offer additional privacy. All this is achieved wirelessly, without drilling into walls or requiring electrical connections.
