Villa T.

For this exceptional home, a solar shading concept was chosen that combines comfort, appearance, and technology. The residents wanted a solution that was both functional and visually consistent with their living style, and they succeeded. Verano® ritzscreens® ensure a pleasant indoor climate and provide privacy when desired. The trapezoidal vertical louvers follow the lines of the facade and give the building character. On the terrace, the V490 – Palermo awning creates the perfect balance between sun and shade. Lenco® was tasked with providing the home with an architectural accent using Capital® aluminium louvers. These fixed louvers enhance the sleek lines of the building while providing solar control. This creates a facade that not only deserves to be seen but also functions as a smart shield against heat and bright light.
