1. For safety and accessibility reasons, we always come with two technicians during normal working hours; in any case, both technicians will be charged.
2. Outside normal working hours, we come with one or two technician(s) depending on availability, however, we reserve the right to refuse work if safety does not allow it.
3. A minimum of 15 minutes of labor per technician is always charged.
4. All prices are excl. VAT.
5. New customers are first asked to register including information and are financially screened. Response times only apply to existing customers.
6. If you do not specify a mandate amount, you automatically agree to a mandate amount of €500 excluding VAT.
7. Last-minute cancellations: If a cancellation or relocation is communicated after 08:00 on the working day prior to the appointment, or if the required contact person is not present or reachable on location, we will charge 50% of the planned working time plus any call-out charges. Costs incurred (such as ordered aerial platforms, material or transport) will be passed on.
1. Accepting malfunctions 24/7 via the website or the customer portal: contact with the planning department within one working day.
2. Accepting urgent malfunctions by telephone 24/7: contact with the planning department within a maximum of two hours.
3. Normal malfunctions: technician on location within five working days.
4. Urgent malfunctions: technician on location within two working days.
5. Dangerous situations: technician on location within six hours after contact with planning.
1. Normal working hours: working days Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM – 100% = € 68.00.
2. Overtime second: working days Monday to Saturday – 150% = € 96.00.
3. Sundays and public holidays: all day – official Dutch public holidays – 200% = € 128.00.

In the event of malfunctions outside normal working hours, travel hours (outward & return journey) per technician will be charged at the same rate as working hours.
1. Working hours: working days Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM = € 95.00.
Control technicians are only deployed at the request of the customer or after prior consultation and only within normal working hours. This rate is never used without explicit instructions or prior consultation. Lenco® mainly uses sister company Best Controls B.V. for control work.
Call-out charges radius up to 25 km: € 25.00
Call-out charges radius up to 50 km: € 50.00
Call-out charges radius up to 75 km: € 99.00
Call-out charges radius up to 100 km: € 136.00
Travel time radius > 100 km adjacent to or within normal working hours; outward & return journey: € 55.00 per hour per technician.
– These rates include km costs of the bus. Please note: these rates are exclusive of VAT.
– Different call-out charges apply to control technicians; fixed call-out charges up to 150 km € 200 excl. VAT, then in consultation.
– An additional environmental zone surcharge of €10.00 per working day, per company bus, will be charged for environmental zones.
Trailer with rolling scaffold 8.2 meters standing height: € 35.00 one-off first day and € 15.00 per extra day.
Aerial platform Teupen or Omme 25 meters incl. plastic driving plates: € 300.00 up to four hours, € 400.00 per full day and € 1120.00 per full week.
Spider crawler aerial platform 15 meters incl. trailer: € 200.00 up to four hours, € 320.00 per full day and € 900.00 per full week.
All other aerial platforms, scaffolding and other materials on subsequent calculation (supplier cost price +10%).
