Terms

1. Due to safety and accessibility we always come with two mechanics within normal working hours, in any case both mechanics will be charged.
2. Outside normal working hours we will come with one or two mechanic(s) depending on availability, however we reserve the right to refuse work in case safety does not allow it.
3. A minimum of 15 minutes of labor per technician will always be charged.

4. All prices exclude. BTW.

5. New customers are first requested to register incl. info and are financially tested. Response times apply to existing customers only.

Response time
1. Taking faults 24/7 via the website or customer portal: within one working day contact with planning.
2. Taking urgent breakdowns by phone 24/7: contact with the planning department within a maximum of two hours.
3. Normal breakdowns: technician on site within five working days.
4. Urgent breakdowns: technician on site within two working days.
5. Dangerous situations: technician on site within six hours after contact with planning.

Hourly rates per work hour per technician

1. Normal working hours: working days Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – 100% = € 64.00.
2. Overtime second: working days Monday through Saturday – 150% = € 96.00.

3. Sundays and holidays: whole day – official Dutch holidays – 200% = € 128.00.

All amounts are excluding VAT

In case of breakdowns outside normal working hours, travel hours (round trip) per mechanic will be charged at the same rate as working hours.

Hourly rates per working hour per mechanic CONTROLS
1. Working hours: working days Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. = €95.00.
Control mechanics will only be used at the request of the customer or after prior consultation and only within normal working hours. This rate is never applied without express order or prior consultation. In particular, Lenco® uses sister company Best Controls B.V. for control work.

Call-out charges combined scheduled (radius around Best – most favorably counted)

Call-out charges up to 25 km: € 25,00
Call-out charges up to 50 km: € 50,00
Call-out charges up to 75 km: € 99,00
Call-out charges up to 100 km: € 136,00

Travel time radius > 100 km contiguous to or within normal working hours; round trip: € 55.00 per hour per mechanic.
– These rates include km costs of the bus. Please note that these rates do not include VAT.
– For control engineers, different call-out costs apply; fixed call-out costs up to 150 km € 200, – excluding VAT, after that by mutual agreement.

Equipment deployment rolling scaffold
Trailer with rolling scaffold 8.2 meters headroom: € 35.00 one-time first day and € 15.00 per additional day.

Equipment deployment telescopic boom lift Lenco max. 25 meters

AWP Teupen or Omme 25 meters incl. plastic driving sheets: € 200.00 up to four hours, € 350.00 per whole day and € 980.00 per whole week.

Spider crawler boom lift 15 meters incl. trailer: €160.00 up to four hours, €320.00 for a whole day and €900.00 for a whole week.

All other aerial platforms, scaffolding and other equipment on subsequent costing (cost price supplier +10%).
